1 Star (Would give 0 if possible) Extremely Disappointed — Worst Food & Service Experience Ever! I rarely write reviews, but this experience deserves to be shared so others don’t waste their time and money here. I visited this restaurant expecting a decent meal, but it turned out to be one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. We waited for over 1.5 hours just to get a simple order of dal tadka and missi roti — nothing fancy, just basic Indian food. When it finally arrived, the food was cold, tasteless, and clearly not fresh. The dal was watery and bland, and the roti was hard and overcooked. It honestly felt like no one in the kitchen cared about quality or hygiene. The service was equally disappointing — staff seemed completely disinterested and unbothered about customers waiting endlessly. No apologies, no updates, no courtesy. For such poor service and food, the prices were absolutely not justified. Overall, terrible food quality, unprofessional service, and a total waste of time and money. I strongly do not recommend this place to anyone. There are plenty of other restaurants around that actually respect their customers and serve fresh, good-quality food on time. If you value your time, taste, and basic respect as a customer — avoid this restaurant at all costs.
