Experienced: I used to enjoy this restaurant a lot when it first opened—the South Indian dishes like dosa, sambar, idli, and chutneys were really good. But now that it's become worst, the quality has dropped. They often serve *leftover food from the previous day*, especially the *sambar, chutneys, and upma etc*, which are sometimes cold or even smelly. Today, I had a very disappointing experience—when I asked for only idli chaat, they mixed coconut chutney into it without asking. When I refused to take this idli chat (due to preference), the lady staff argued instead of fixing it. Her husband later agreed to make a fresh one but then changed his mind and rudely told me that I wouldn't get it anymore. So I left without eating. In the past, I’ve also been served *spoiled potato masala* in a masala dosa, which they did replace when I complained—but this kind of service and reliance on leftovers is unacceptable for a place that once had high standards. Their fry idli also is not that fried idli actually. You will be in shock when you come daily to eat. There prices are quite high but their behaviour are so rude, quality and quantity also main concern. Price is too much high for some fish and quality is not upto mark. Had an amazing experience at D=Dosa! The dosa was perfectly crispy, the idli soft and fluffy, and the authentic flavors were spot on. Watching the care and passion in the preparation made it even better. Truly a slice of South Indian culture—can’t wait to visit again!
