The food was served 2 hours late, despite several requests and reminders.
The staff seemed completely unprepared and unable to handle the guests, even though the booking details were confirmed in advance.
The food served was insufficient, and as the bride, I had to skip my own meal due to this shortage.
To make things worse, there was no proper water supply for washing hands after the meal, which left many guests uncomfortable.
This was supposed to be one of the most memorable days of my life, and I feel let down by the lack of professionalism and preparedness on your part. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and ensure that no other customer has to face such disappointment in the future.
