few minutes ago i visited cup of love , ambiance is gd , menu book very old and menu Page are separate, lots of fly in restaurant , the concept of service of hot item like in home it is very different, sugar sachet only white not any brown or sugar free , very bad service, nobody ask to how is your hot beverage it is gd or bad, we order tea, amaricano, tamasha and chicken tikka pizza. tea and americano is ok but the tamasha our expectations according is very different , the explain in menu tamasha is gravy but it is burger , so we get up and says this is not our order but the girl says tamasha is burger , i says our tamasha explain in your menu is different , it is gravy item she said is not gravy , we shocked, than i said that ok not is issue , the chicken in tamasha is very old like and our pizza like biscuits it is like that's too much hard, and nobody ask how is the food , if we are customer than atleast ask to customer how is the food or drink but nobody ask us , this is very bad experience of us. i am also hotelier and i have also experienced atleast 8++ years in service department but our side very bad service . it is like food in front of animals nobody ask how is it. the pizza chicken is not proper cooked. totally money waste food
