Excellent location, right on the beach! Great ambience. Rooms are well maintained. Bathroom and fittings could be more maintained though. Water flow speed can be improved. Service: 5

I stayed here with my family and the experience was surreal. Located right on Patnem beach, this property has all the basic amenities you or your child will need for a relaxed vacation. The restuarant staffs were very courteous and cooperative and adjusted menu items to make it child friendly. The rooms too were clean, spacious and located right on the beach front. Overall, we loved the stay here and will definitely be back here on our next one. I will rate this stay highly and will definitely recommend to kins and friends who are looking for decent beachside stays without putting a hole in your pocket. Service: 5

CUBA PATNEM is a beachfront dream on the tranquil Patnem beach. The location is unbeatable, offering stunning sea views right from the spacious, colorful cottages. Staff is friendly and attentive. Enjoy delicious food and a relaxing, peaceful vibe perfect for a South Goa getaway. Highly recommended for serenity!
