The place was amazing, the hallways were very amazing looking, the food was also out of this world, the dining area was quite exquisite but, the location of it was not very eye pleasing, only one side of the place that is the front of it has a eye pleasing scenery while other sides is just pure concrete/other building, and to even visit this place you need to walk a great distance downhill which was not very fun. Service: 5

The resort was beautiful, clean and centrally located. The views from the rooms were spectacular. The breakfast buffet had the usual Indian Staples but you can have them make Masala Omelette or any eggs you want. This place is highly recommended and will use this resort again when visiting Darjeeling in the future. Service: 5

Worst service worst food We asked for morning snacks at 4am because we had a flight in early morning and they provided poha that was smelling, they told us for 2 pair of sandwich and provided only 1 pair and also they provided 1 pc banana that was not edible,we threw into the dustbin. So according to me stay in this hotel is worthless Service: 1
