During dinner they didn't even try to organise tables for guest even after asking multiple times they didn't serve water also extremely disappointing Even after taking so much money they behaved as if food was being served for free

We booked 5 rooms with queen-size double beds well in advance, clearly specifying our requirement. However, upon arrival, we were shocked to find that the hotel had provided rooms with two single beds pushed together in each – not actual queen-size beds as promised. This is extremely misleading and feels like a deliberate attempt to scam customers who trust their booking descriptions. When we raised this with the staff, there was no effort to correct the mistake or offer any compensation. The customer service was dismissive and unhelpful. This experience completely ruined our stay. If you’re looking for honest service and comfortable accommodations as advertised, I’d strongly advise you to look elsewhere. Totally unacceptable and deeply disappointing.

I had an amazing experience during my stay at Crescent Resort in Darjeeling. Food, view and the hospitality was amazing. Special mention to the staff: Mehul, Nikita, Anusha and Latika, for going one extra mile to help out. Strongly recommend to everyone travelling with friends or family for a safe and relaxed stay.
