While I appreciate that we are getting sourdough in Patna now , I am pretty sure it's not authentic, anyone who has tasted real sourdough knows it has irregular holes formed by wild yeast fermentation and it's chewy and not fluffy , also the crust is dark golden and blistered this one like your traditional white bread that's a little tangy that's all . I ordered because I am gluten intolerant, so be cautious .
Bread was awesome. Please mention the expiry date on the package. Supposedly, Sardough doesn't last long. If we know exactly when it's going to get over, we can plan it out. Else, someone suffers from stomach issues one day and blames your best served breads.
