Ordered cake for my son's birthday with 100% payment in advance. No one turned up for delivery. On following up with customercare I was told rider is on way and will reach anytime. After multiple follow-ups in next one hour, I finally cancelled the order. Got confirmation over whatsapp on cancellation being processed but despite multiple follow ups yet to receive refund / refund reference number. Used to be good on service earlier but seems like with recent biz expansion lost they have forgotten the basics of service.#106412 Service: 1
