I ordered a 1 pound cake from cream and spicy pokhariput, Bhubaneswar and showed them a specific design . Before placing the order I visited the shop twice to confirm that if they could replicate it . They confidently assured me that they could , saying there would be only a minor (19-20) difference. However when I received the cake , it was nowhere close to what was promised . The shape size decoration was completely wrong it looked horrible and miserable. The carboard base was also torn, making it even worse . When I pointed this out the (both the lady andthe male ) started arguing, saying that a 1 pound cake cannot have the same design . If that was the case, why did they confirm multiple times that they could do it? The difference was not just 19-20, it was a complete disaster . They misled me , ruined my order,and refuse to take responsibility . Extremely unprofessional behaviour and poor service.
