There is no take away option in the store and no proper response from employees who is working in the store

I ordered a Nuts Overload ice cream this afternoon after lunch. The Cream Stone ice cream waffle I got was not roasted properly and tasted undercooked. Even the ice cream itself didn’t taste good and felt off. Really disappointed with the quality this time. What made it worse was the attitude at the store – when I mentioned the issue, they weren’t even bothered to listen. Forget apologising, they didn’t even acknowledge my feedback. Very poor experience.
