Reached Cream Center, Andheri Shoppers Stop at 9:30pm on Sat 21/05. Placed order with Manager Shahid right away - sizzlers for dine in + 1 Ragada pattice parcel for Dad who was at home. Added 2 ragada pattice to the dine in order around 10:15. Shahid confirmed 1 ragada pattice parcel + 2 ragada pattice dine in. When asked for the bill at 10:45 waiter informed that ragada pattice parcel could not be provided as it was out of stock. Called for Shahid and reminded him that parcel order was placed well in advance. Instead of apologizing, Shahid told us that ragada pattice was out of stock since we ordered 2 ragada pattice for dine in. I reminded him that he had confirmed the parcel order while accepting the dine in order. Also told him that he should not blame his mismanagament on customers. To the end he remained rude, arrogant and unapologetic. Result - Our dine out experience was screwed, Dad went hungry and Cream Center brand lost its image, all due to Shahid's irresponsible and indifferent behaviour. Cream Center Managment - Please counsel Shahid on basic customer service. There is nothing wrong in owning up mistakes and apologizing for them.
