I visited this restaurant with my seniors . The ambience is really good and has a very aesthetic, cozy look, which initially gave a nice impression. However, the overall experience was disappointing due to the staff behavior. The staff were not friendly and some of their responses sounded rude and arrogant. We had to stand for more than 30 minutes just to get a dining table, which was frustrating. Even after being seated, the food service was very slow. Because of the long waiting time and poor staff attitude, the experience was not pleasant despite the good ambience.
