I booked lunch through Ixigo / Zoop for delivery of food in my train today 07-12-2025. Order ID ZO45009393262053 Delivery boy delivered food vertical. Ghee tawa roti 2 pcs and pickle was in my thali order but the same was not delivered with my thali. Spoon and paper napkins not delivered Called restaurant, the person did not respond properly to my call. He told that owner is not available. He will inform his owner about my phone and the owner will call me back. But no one called me.
