We went there to try Kunafa. There were verities of Kunafa. We tried cheese filling. It was tasty. Vermicelli was nicely cooked. Cheese was melting inside. Each spoon was giving good taste as it was melting inside the mouth. We tried Shahi tukda also. It was not that much tasty. Staff behaviour is not at all good. They treat you like that they are already in excess and dont care how customer needs to be served. Go there only if you want to try Kunafa. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹1–200 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I planed to visit this place specifically for kunafa as they mentioned its authentic taste. I ordered cheese kunafa and the served after 30 minutes when i planed to cancel it and planing tk left the place. However, they apologized and served cold kunafa even the cheese was not melted from inside and its to sweet and cold when we complaint they apologized and blaming each other that was really disgusting. I have tried kunafa in other countries and cities i really did not like it here in Cool Point Shahi Tukda. They should know the authentic taste before they are selling go it. Weste of money price too high poor service. Don’t recommend this place at all. Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
