Cool Point is truly a heaven for anyone with a sweet tooth! I tried a variety of their desserts – Lotus Biscoff Kunafa, Classic Kunafa, Shahi Tukda with Malai Rabdi, Pistachio Baklawa, Kaju Baklawa with Ice Cream, Blueberry Cheesecake, and Lotus Biscoff Cheesecake – and every single one was outstanding. The kunafa was perfectly crisp with a rich cheesy filling, the baklawa was flaky and nutty, and their cheesecakes were creamy, indulgent, and bursting with flavor. But my absolute favorite was the Shahi Tukda with Malai Rabdi – a royal treat that felt like pure bliss! The place is vibrant, prices are reasonable, and the quality is unbeatable. If you’re in Old Delhi, a visit to Cool Point is a must to satisfy all your dessert cravings.

I've thought to try out this place from years. Yesterday finally tried and it's must..the flavor of hot piping Shahi Tukda with soft mango and vanilla ice cream was beautiful. Mango ice cream is recommended. My mother shared this story that after Friday prayers her father used to bring this for her ritually. I am glad I tried it.

I planed to visit this place specifically for kunafa as they mentioned its authentic taste. I ordered cheese kunafa and the served after 30 minutes when i planed to cancel it and planing tk left the place. However, they apologized and served cold kunafa even the cheese was not melted from inside and its to sweet and cold when we complaint they apologized and blaming each other that was really disgusting. I have tried kunafa in other countries and cities i really did not like it here in Cool Point Shahi Tukda. They should know the authentic taste before they are selling go it. Weste of money price too high poor service. Don’t recommend this place at all. Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
