Horrible experience and worst behaviour of the waitress. I ordered cafe latte and it was like a strong coffee with water. Pathetic taste. I am seeing all bad reviews since last year but no effort in correcting customer disappointment. Nothing was appealing here. Never recommend to anyone. Went to Coffee World last evening and it was a huge letdown. The hazelnut hot chocolate was nothing more than a thin powdered drink—something you could make at home, nowhere near café quality. The barbecue chicken sandwich was worse, the chicken was so tough it felt like chewing leather. When I raised this with the waiter, the response I got was, “We serve like this only.” Extremely disappointing food and attitude. Definitely not worth the price.
