The food is good but the employees there are terrible. I once asked for a small irish latte and forgot to mention i wanted it cold and not hot. How did the guy making it not think to himself whether to make it cold or hot? Then he gave me a hot coffee and I told him he should've asked me whether i wanted cold coffee or hot coffee and he was like 'no, all the small coffees are seved hot only.' How the hell was I supposed to know that? Isnt it HIS job to tell me that? One time i asked him to heat him up my cookie and he refused. Did i really ask for too much when i expected warm food??? Why cant u heat a literal cookie. And then the second time I had to actually FIGHT him to heat up my cookie and he made such a big deal over HEATING A GODAMN COOKIE. THE MICROWAVE IS RIGHT THERE. USE IT. DO YOUR JOB. By the way i should probably mention its really dirty too. There is dust everywhere. Pretty sure its one of the worst coffee jar branches I've seen Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
