Extremely poor experience at this Cafe Coffee Day outlet. The air conditioning was not working properly, and the place was unbearably hot. Even after paying a huge amount for coffee, it was very difficult to sit and spend time there. We already complained to the staff, but their response was very unprofessional. They behaved as if they were not responsible or even part of the shop just wandering around without saying anything or offering a solution. This level of negligence and lack of customer care is unacceptable. Overall, very disappointing and not worth the price. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
