Extremely Poor Service – No AC for Over a Month. I have been a regular visitor to Cafe Coffee Day in Pongam for the past month, and I am extremely disappointed with the management's complete neglect of customer comfort. Despite multiple complaints from customers, the air conditioning has not been working for over a month! When I asked the staff, they openly admitted that the main branch instructed the manager to replace the AC, yet the manager refuses to take action. It's scorching hot outside, and people come in expecting a comfortable, air-conditioned space, but the reality is worse than outside. The café is humid, suffocating, and completely uncomfortable—hardly the experience you'd expect when paying premium prices for coffee and snacks. This is completely unacceptable from a brand like Cafe Coffee Day. If customers are paying high prices, we at least deserve a comfortable atmosphere. I strongly urge the higher management to step in immediately and ensure the AC is replaced. Ignoring this will only push customers away, as no one wants to sit in a café where they are sweating while drinking coffee. Until this issue is resolved, I do not recommend visiting this outlet unless you’re okay with an unbearable, humid experience. Fix this now! Service: Dine in Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
