I recently visited [Coffee beans ,Pali(Rajasthan)] and found it to be a good place with potential for improvement. The food was edible, but I believe the cuisine could benefit from more finesse. I tried the Singapore noodles; the ingredients were clearly fresh, and the taste was decent, but it didn't quite hit that "perfect" note. The ambience was a bit inconsistent. Some tables were uncomfortably low, and the loud music made it challenging to have a clear conversation. Regarding service, my experience was mixed. While one waiter was very good, another was quite grumpy and exhibited poor manners, clearing my plate without asking if I was finished. This kind of interaction is truly unacceptable in the hospitality industry. I believe that all restaurant staff, including helpers, should be able to communicate effectively, be helpful, and always greet customers with a smile. They play a crucial role in the customer experience. My feedback is intended purely to help Restaurant become more customer-centric.
