I am writing to express my deep disappointment and concern about the unhygienic conditions I witnessed during my recent visit to Cloud 9 on June 8, 2025. Specifically, I observed a lizard and a large mouse on the sofa in the dining area, which is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the pest control measures in place. Furthermore, the overall hygiene standards appeared to be poor, which is a clear violation of the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) guidelines. As a customer, I expect a clean and safe environment when dining out, and it is the responsibility of the restaurant to ensure this. I hope that Cloud 9 takes prompt action to address these issues, prioritizing customer health and safety.
