Visited Ciel Pure Veg recently and had a really nice dining experience. The place has a clean, modern vibe with comfortable seating, making it perfect for a casual outing with friends or family. We tried quite a few dishes and everything tasted fresh and well presented. The Katsu Paneer Bao was super soft and flavorful, and the Cottage Cheese Tempura with Avocado was crispy and unique. The Korean Cheese Pull Bun was a fun, cheesy highlight. Among drinks, Peachy Mama and Pommie were refreshing and balanced. Ended the meal with Lotus Biscoff dessert, which was rich, creamy, and totally worth it. Service was quick and staff were polite and attentive. Prices are slightly on the higher side, but the quality and portion sizes justify it. Overall, a great spot for trying innovative veg dishes with a mix of Asian and continental flavors. Ciel is an amazing dining experience that everyone should enjoy especially for vegetarian food lovers. Here you won't pretend to eat, but you'll actually eat with your tummy and heart full. The service, the menu, the pricing here is something which is catchy and it will amaze you. I had been here for my anniversary dinner and this is what I tried 1. Kurkuri Cheese Cigars- Liquid cheese filling with chillies filled in crispy cigar shaped outer laying served with tangy Chipotle sauce, unique presentation and delicious at taste. Recommended 2. Vegetarian Manchurian- Signature Manchurian balls, crispy, spicy, tossed in sauces. Good at taste 3. Veg Khasiyat- A delicious indian mains, 2 types of gravy- Green Palak gravy and traditional Tomato gravy, both tossed with exotic vegetables. Amazing presentation and quantity. Goes best with zaatar cheese naan 4. Peachy Mama- must must try mocktail, served in a unique tilted glass, heavenly taste 5. Mixed Berry blast shake, goodness of sweet berries blended to milkshake, delicious at taste 6. Lotus bischoff Cheesecake- signature non baked sweet cheese cake, loved it and best way to complete your meal. Overall the service, taste, hospitality was top notch, food was really good.
