However, we would like to clarify a few points:Carry Bags: As per the Government’s plastic ban in Maharashtra, we are legally not permitted to provide plastic carry bags. This is clearly displayed as a notice in our shop. While we cannot violate the law, we are in the process of arranging eco-friendly alternatives.Change Issue: With most customers preferring UPI/digital payments, cash transactions have become very limited. This often creates a genuine challenge in maintaining sufficient change at all times. We never intend to inconvenience our customers but are sometimes helpless in such rare situations.Delivery & Staffing: The kitchen staff you may have seen are bakers and cannot leave their work to deliver. Delivery staff is separate, and if one wasn’t available at that moment, it was beyond our immediate control.Quality & Pricing: Since 2010, we have been committed to honest pricing and high quality standards, which has earned us long-standing customer appreciation. Thousands of our loyal customers continue to choose us for our taste and service, and we stand by the quality of our products.We are sorry that you felt otherwise during your visit, but we assure you that your feedback will be taken constructively. We remain committed to improving wherever possible and hope you may reconsider your impression of us in the future.
