I don’t think you people even bother to check what has been ordered! I had ordered Pineapple Sheera, and you ended up delivering Moong Dal Sheera instead. Seriously? How careless and ridiculous is that! I want a refund immediately and someone to collect this incorrect Moong Dal Sheera. I expect the refund for my order as soon as possible. You may have a big name in the city, but clearly, you lack basic common sense. I will definitely never recommend you to any of my friends. This has been the worst possible service I’ve ever received. And most importantly, I want my refund.

Chitale bandhu is our favourite Sweet mart since long time. They provides very tasty items in good packing and deliveres very fast. I have ordered it from USA as I was on tour and with my surprise the Sweet items for Ganesh puja naivedya / Prasad were delivered in 15 mins.
