Culinary Execution. The Manchow Soup featured a substantial portion of poultry with a perfectly balanced taste profile. The Shanghai Style Chicken (bone-in) was particularly impressive; the meat was succulent and paired well with a refined sweet-garlicky glaze. The Hot Garlic Prawns were fresh and expertly prepared. For the Mixed Hakka Noodles, I noted a high-quality proportion of egg, chicken, and shrimp. Critically, the umami was well-controlled and did not overpower the other ingredients—a sign of balanced seasoning. Operations & Service. The service was well-paced. Courses were served at the correct intervals, maintaining the right temperature and flow of the meal. Hygiene standards at the table were well-maintained. Value Analysis. Given the quality of the protein and the technical skill in the wok-work, the value-for-money index here is high. A definitive 5/5 for both food and service. No remarkable improvement in china town. It's in its premitiv era nothing basic change in this area . Almost Same as 40: years ago though outside of it has been changed abruptly. The resturants hear also in old fashion no modern outlook and amenities. Very old too many years used table wear and sitting arrangement more over very unhygienic.
