I have noticed a significant decline in both the quality of food and the level of service at this establishment over the past year. It used to be one of my favorite places, known for its delicious food and efficient service. However, lately, the dishes have lost their flavor and freshness, and the overall taste is no longer the same as it used to be. In addition, the service has become noticeably slower and less attentive. Orders take longer to arrive, and staff members don’t seem as engaged or responsive as before. It’s disappointing to see such a drop in standards from a place that once set a high benchmark for quality and customer satisfaction. I truly hope management takes this feedback seriously and works to restore the quality and service that customers once enjoyed. I dropped by Chin China Grill in Rohini and honestly expected much better. The indoor seating felt very dim and cramped, with tables not properly cleaned—overall giving off an unhygienic vibe. Service was slow and the staff seemed distracted, which made the experience even less enjoyable. Food was average and didn’t justify the ambience or price point. Unless they improve cleanliness and overall management, I’d skip this place for now—there are cleaner and far more welcoming options nearby.
