The food quality at this restaurant is genuinely good — fresh, well-cooked, and flavorful. However, the experience is badly let down by the service. Most of the items listed on the menu are not available, and to make things worse, the person taking the order doesn’t seem to listen properly. Even when an item is available, he insists it’s not, simply because he didn’t catch it correctly. It's frustrating and takes away from what could otherwise be a great dining experience. A major improvement in staff service and communication is badly needed.
