"I have stayed at this hotel multiple times and have always had a positive experience. However, this time was disappointing. During breakfast, I placed an order twice, and both times the order was incorrect. When I brought this to the attention of the front desk staff, they insisted that I had ordered incorrectly. Despite speaking with the owner, the response was unsatisfactory as the staff's explanation was supported without any acknowledgment of the mistake. The order was incorrect, which is not a big problem. However, the way the staff communicated was an issue. I hope the management takes customer feedback seriously and i strongly recommend that the management provide proper training to the front desk staff on how to effectively communicate with customers."
