I visited Chili's at Phoenix Market City, Pune with my family recently, hoping for a pleasant dining experience. Unfortunately, it fell short of our expectations due to significant delays in service.Upon arrival, the ambiance and initial greeting were satisfactory. However, the problems began after we placed our order. We waited for over 40 minutes with no sign of our food. It became apparent that our KOT (Kitchen Order Ticket) had not even been placed. This was very frustrating, especially with hungry kids in tow.We had to follow up multiple times with the staff to remind them of our order. Each time, we were reassured that our food would arrive shortly, but the wait continued. The lack of communication and the disorganized service left us feeling quite neglected.If you are hungry or with kids, don't go here. If you're okay waiting for at least 30 minutes, then you might consider it.Finally, we left the place without having food for the kids. The overall experience was marred by the poor service.I hope the management at Chili's addresses these service issues to prevent future diners from having a similar experience. Timely and efficient service is crucial, especially in a family-friendly restaurant.
