I recently visited Chickos fried chicken,kollam and was greatly disappointed by the experience. The moment I walked in, I noticed a number of flies buzzing around. It wasn't just a few; there were flies everywhere - around the tables and the counter . I expected it be to be good as they did in the promotion but I'm very disappointedd with this exprnce This made it really impossible to enjoy my meal. I couldn't help but feel disgusted and worried about the cleanliness and hygiene standards of this place. It's clear that proper pest control measures are not being taken seriously here.I urge the management to address this issue immediately, as it's a significant health hazard. Until then, I strongly advise potential customers to stay away from this restaurant. There are plenty of other places where you can enjoy a meal without having to swat flies awa constantly , when i asked the employee bout the issue he said the staffs been trying for a long time but nothing is working , honestly it was a terrible experience when we had such huge expectations to trying out this place Service: Dine in Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 1
