    I visited with my family and placed an order for fried chicken. Unfortunately, the food served initially was not hot and was quite oily. However, upon bringing this to the staff’s attention, they promptly addressed the issue and provided us with freshly prepared, hot chicken. I appreciate their quick response and commitment to customer satisfaction. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

    what do you think seeing the chicken in the picture,when I opened it,it was like this,donno if it was half eaten,it was exactly like this.I ordered for 600rs ,4piece grilled and 4 piece broasted,grilled,all pieces were like half eaten kind and Icouldn't eat it.400rs are gone , what more should I say.I felt so awkward seeing the pieces finally I thought of eating the third piece and that one also was like this as in the last picture Service: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹600–800 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

    I had high hopes when ordering from Chicking Thrissur, but unfortunately, the experience was a bit disappointing. I specifically requested thigh pieces, but they gave me breast and wing parts instead. I don’t eat breast meat due to an allergy, so this was a serious issue for me. Additionally, the fries were not what I expected — they were completely different from the usual Chicking fries. These ones had no flavor at all and were extremely bland, which made the meal less enjoyable overall. While the food was served hot and the packaging was fine, the lack of attention to order details and the quality of the sides really took away from the experience. I hope the staff becomes more careful with customer requests in the future. Might try again another time, but only if improvements are made.
