Hi Hazin, we’re really sorry to hear about your experience. This is far from the standard we aim to maintain, and your feedback is both concerning and taken very seriously. Serving overcooked or dry food is unacceptable, and we truly regret that your first visit left such a poor impression. We’re looking into this internally to ensure it doesn’t happen again.
