The owner doesn't know how to talk. In my food I got a hair and they inspite of talking nicely argued with me which was very disgusting. They could have said that they would try to maintain hygiene but they didn't do so. First of all they need to respect their customers alot. Overall the food is not bad but the owner of it is worst. For sure I am not gonna go here ever. Actually the owner has a conciet over his shop and their customers. Ofcourse why will they mind loosing one customer. But dude they really they need to learn to talk to the people!

Trust me its better than KFC or McDonalds because its cheap and tastes better. And u will not get any better than this atleast when u are in Kolkata so just go for it.
