Worst Chicking outlet I have ever ordered from. I placed an online order and waited for more than 1 hour. When I finally called to check, they admitted the food was not even prepared. This shows no respect for customers and very poor management. If the franchise owner does not fix this, the whole brand’s name will suffer. Service: Delivery Service: 1

Chicking's online delivery was a letdown! Ordered thinking I'd get a good deal, but the quantity was super small compared to what I paid for. Not happy with the value for money. Food was okay, but not worth the hype and price. Maybe revisit your offers if you can't deliver on quantity. Disappointing experience, won't be ordering again.
