I recently visited Chennai Rawther, Asaradi – Madurai, and my experience was not satisfactory. The main issue was that the restaurant did not provide food as per customer preference. Instead, they mentioned only the available stock and asked us to choose from that. This caused inconvenience and did not meet customer expectations. Kindly ensure: Customers are informed clearly about availability before taking orders. Food is prepared according to the customer’s actual requirements whenever possible. Better service and proper communication from staff to avoid dissatisfaction. Improving these areas will help provide a better dining experience for all customers. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹200–400
