Went for team lunch, Food was horrible. Every dish was smelly, Veg dishes had very limited variety or no variety. Schezwan chicken fried rice had funnel smell. The only good thing about the restaurant was it's ambience. Please don't visit this place.

This is my second visit to chennai darbar. We went for a team dinner and ordered our menu. We know that the orders takes time to prepare n serve it. But when started tasting the foods, all our meat are frozen foods. These are not taken fresh from market. So the food standard is poor. While eating, we can feel that these are kept in freeze for long time. Chicken bones can be crushed in mouth easily n prawns are so hard n not chewy.

1)we choose brand restaurant for good fresh foods.

2)Getting money from customer is to serve with quality.

No more plans to visit again. Whenever think of chennai darbar - It strikes me frozen food but the bill costs 7k for this poor meat.
