1. Did not made the cake as per the order. Ihad ordered for Mousse cake filling with ganache outside , but without informing us this fellow have made simple basic ganache cake, absolutely average tasting With very little quantity of ganache inbetween the layers.
Look wise The cake was beautiful but taste was 0.
He did not even bothered to inform is about the change made in cake by him. When we cut the cake in the evening that time we cameto know thatthis is not the onewe ordered.
Upon asking he did not even bothered much, was convincing on the given cake was good.
2. At last moment cake pickup qas delayed by 1.5 hr. After arguments he was ready to give on time.
3. While taking the customized order he was very adament on the order to be placed asper his recommendation not as you want.
Total total waste of money, we had paid double the amount that that of regular cakes but received 0 value for it.
Not at all recommended.
