    I have been a loyal customer for a long time, ordering your Dal Makhani 1-2 times every single week. However, today’s experience was insulting. The dal served to me was so diluted it felt like you simply washed the utensil, added water to leftovers to fill the container, and shipped it. It was completely flavorless and watery. It is a shame to see such a drop in quality. You have successfully lost a regular customer who ordered weekly. I will not be ordering again, nor will I visit your restaurant in the future.
