OVERALL Rating 1 star due to poor services. Waiter doesn't know basic table etiquette. You have to ask for glass, spoon, sauce etc then only it will be served/provided. Birthday party turned into a nightmare as waiter did not note down complete menu. If dish is served, roti is missing, when roti/Naan comes second dish is not served and the disaster continues. Also when you are not finished with snacks waiter standing on your head for serving incomplete order. For all the complaints raised, rep of Chawlas reply with SORRY without any corrective action. Finally left the location after paying consumed food bill and switched over to another Reastraunt. WORST EXPERIENCE. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹1,400–1,600

I visited restaurant the atmosphere was not good because I saw 2time rat under my table and I told to staff they said they are working on that but it's not good for food hygiene.
