I placed an order at 8:48 pm and didn't receive it till 10:56 pm - and I eventually had to cancel the order after waiting for more than 2hours, where-in it usually takes around 20-25 minutes. The delivery person went off-route from the standard delivery route showed on map. When I called the delivery person, he didn't care to apologise but his attitude was really horrible while talking to on the phone. He said he had a bike puncture and was fixing it. But even after 40 mins he gave the same excuse.
