Chang's Legacy Outlet offers a diverse array of Chinese cuisine options. Having visited this place 4-5 times, I can attest that the food is generally good. The ambiance is peaceful, and there is convenient parking available outside the outlet. However, a key point to highlight is the inconsistency in the taste of the dishes. During my first visit, the American Chopsy was perfectly made with all the flavors on point. Unfortunately, on subsequent visits, it was either too sweet or flavorless. Similarly, my initial experience with the Nasi Goreng was delightful and unique, but on a later visit, it was so spicy that I couldn't eat it. Consistency in taste is crucial for a restaurant to attract repeat customers. Ensuring that the quality and flavor of the dishes remain steady will encourage patrons to return regularly.
