0 star for packing, poori was just given in parcel bag without packing

Thank you for sharing your feedback. In order to keep the poories fluffy and so that they do not break while packing, we send them in such a way. In case we pack them in a container right after they are out of the kadhai, ther break and which is not a very good experience for the customers. We will be delighted in case you can share any other option of packaging when it comes to poories. Also we will be happy if you can share your opinion about the food overall. When you shift to another city, the first thing you miss is you local food. Fortunately my search for authentic Bengali food ended with Chandrima's Kitchen. Scrumptious finger licking Bengali food. Must visit. And the best thing for vegetarians like me is that veg food is cooked separately.
