Once again, a horrible experience with Zomato, my third consecutive disappointment. Based on the reviews, I ordered from Chaiocity, but it seems they were paid or manipulated reviews.I ordered the samosa chaat, which turned out to be the worst I have ever had. The samosa was excessively hard, and instead of the rich mix of flavors and textures that a good chaat should have, it was merely sprinkled with some chutneys, onions, and sev. It was far too dry to eat and much too hard to chew.The burger was equally disappointing, featuring uncooked mayonnaise, pieces of raw capsicum, and a hard bun. Overall, it was an unappetizing and unenjoyable meal. This experience has severely diminished my trust in both Zomato's review system and the quality of food delivered from this restaurant.
