We ordered the cheese garlic bread but were disappointed to find that it was topped with raw garlic, which made it unpleasant to eat. When we brought it up, the staff member we interacted with came across as dismissive and unprofessional, which added to a negative experience. Overall, we were quite disappointed not just with the food, but also with the service. It might be helpful to ask about preparation methods in advance, especially for simple dishes. Disappointing Experience – Misleading Listing & Illegal Billing Practice I booked a table via Swiggy Dineout, where the outlet was listed as "Chai Sutta Bar." However, there was no signage indicating that name — it turned out to be a sub-outlet of Ocean Bay, located within the Aircraft Museum premises. The place was hard to find, and I was the only customer there. The staff seemed disengaged, mostly occupied with watching a cricket match. The worst part was that the person at the counter refused to accept payment via Swiggy, even though the restaurant was listed on the platform. I had already loaded money into my Swiggy Money wallet and received the bill at the table, which made the situation quite awkward and frustrating. To top it off, they charged GST on an MRP-labeled Bisleri water bottle — which is illegal as per Indian consumer protection laws. When I raised the issue, the staff dismissed it without any explanation. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. If a restaurant cannot honor its Swiggy listing or comply with basic billing laws, it has no business being on such platforms.
