I was disappointed to see that hot beverages are still being served in paper cups lined with plastic. Not only is this harmful to the environment, but there is also a genuine concern about the plastic coating leaching into the drink when exposed to high temperatures. At the very least, when customers visit your outlet, serving beverages in proper glass cups would reflect more care for both health and sustainability. Overlooking such a basic aspect leaves a poor impression. Also the AC was hardly working or probably turned off. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2 Service: Dine in Price per person: ₹200–400
