Honestly, even railway chai tastes better than the chai here. The tea was very bad and had no proper flavour at all. On top of that, it is too expensive for such poor quality. I am really disappointed and would not recommend this place Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 1

Absolutely terrible experience at Chai Point. I ordered a small classic chai and a mini aloo samosa, and both were a complete waste of money. The chai tasted awful — even Indian Railways serves better tea. The tiny samosa cost ₹99 plus tax, and the chai was ₹100, which is outrageous for such poor quality. The pricing feels like daylight robbery. When I tried to give feedback, the staff couldn’t understand my concern, and when I asked for a feedback link, they showed me a staff hiring number instead.
