I have been visiting chaayos since 2023 and must have visited more than 100 times but my experience of Chaayos at runwal greens was pathetic, the guy here is extremely rude, on 24th dec they told a customer at 8:50 that they are closing and overall behaviour of the male staff was really pathetic. When I asked for tissue, he said we dont have tissue, they could have politely refused saying it is out of stock but no he had to be rude. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹400–600

I am writing to formally complain about my recent experience at your Chaayos outlet in Runwal Greens, Nahur. 1. Yesterday, I ordered Malai Chinni Toast. When I opened it, there was a hair in the food, which is unacceptable. I informed your staff and they replaced it, but this should not have happened in the first place. 2. I also ordered a sandwich, but it was delivered uncut. I had to ask the staff to cut it for me. They were chatting among themselves and seemed unconcerned about the customers. There was a clear lack of attention and professionalism in serving the orders.
