Disappointing experience at Chai Chyoos, Galleria. The quantity served is way too less, especially for the price. Even after requesting multiple times for a proper serving, nothing changed. For a chai lover, this is extremely disappointing. I was told the quantity is “measured,” yet I clearly saw different quantities being served to different people. There’s a serious lack of consistency. Management really needs to pay attention and fix this. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

A chai starts at 139+tax. And they can't fix the ugly looking walls and add more staff. Clean table is a luxury here. This is not the first time it has happened and complaints have been raised via email as well. Utter disappointment this place, what used to be the best adda in Galleria market.
