Chaat is forever popular. A hors d'oeuvre served at a chat house /roadside thelawala for it's spicy,tangy,sour and salty.
Chaat Bazaar is situated next to Dominos , Baner. Upon entering, to the left is a chaap counter, live chaap getting grilled. The smoky air, smells are welcoming you. Towards the right are many tables & chairs. Open kitchen with billing counter at the center. orders are taken at the billing counter.
We were told to order items we wished to eat from the menu:
# Puri : Plateful of Suji puri stuffed with aloo channa, separate containers for mint water and khatta meetha chutney. Mixed & Popped the entire puri into my mouth. The burst of flavors. I love spicy so added a bit more spice in the consequent . I found it average, perhaps thickness of mint water was lacking.
#SPDP : was light sweet tangy, thanda, dahi, medium spice, chaat masala and .. This was tantalizing yummy! #mustorder
#Chole_Samosa_Chaat: Awesome taste of chole, crunchy samosa and chutney mix.
Here felt each and every element( ie spice, tangy, sour, sweet and salty ) It had everything. Insanely delicious! #highlyrecommended

#Chole_Bhature_Amritsari: Usually when you order this dish (at the back of your mind you judge it) you are going in for a greasy, oily bhatura? .
The Bhature here were Not, let me repeat Not Oily, nor greasy. Super soft . Chole splendid in taste with paneer cubes. Bite into the chillie or added onions and lime juice to take it to the next level . Do try ! #musthave
#Soya_chaap : Grilled in front of you, what arrived was a platter of goodness. Soft, juicy, tender, fresh chaap. Sprinkled with Chaat masala. I am not a fan, but I loved it! I am ready to change my opinion. #highlyrecommended

Rates of every item are reasonable. Menu has many more items but tummy full. Staff Service is brisk, tables cleaned regularly, professional outlook. I had a peek at the kitchen beyond. I am a cleanliness freak, I saw no spillage on the slab or floor. This is a well organized open kitchen. Impressive.
Overall a super experience. The place is definitely a must visit for those who enjoy Chaat with cleanliness, freshness and comfort.
