Mr Ravi the manager told us to pay token advance 25k when we went to book the venue for a function. Unfortuanately we were not able to proceed and formed him the next day itself.Inspite of telling us that he will return the token advance just in case if we did not proceed he is silent till date with no replies to email or whats app messages.Not able to reach him over phone.Bad experience.Not customer friendly.
