It was my Anniversary and My first experience to the cava lounge and bar. They had negroni drink in there menu. Usually restaurant don't serve negroni. Since I am a bartender by profession I went to the bar counter and requested can they make a perfect drink for me with perfect ingredients. Bartender was like yes sir we do have all the liquor ingredients required for making negroni. I request him once again and asked him to double check that he is sure about it. Just to take an order like a fool he said yes we do have all the ingredients and later when I ordered it instead of using martini rosso (sweet vermouth) he used white wine saying martini rosso is not in stock at so moment. He didn't even knew to make or stir the drink and didn't even knew how to serve the drink. Being a bartender I feel ashamed on such people who do not respect our profession and love towards the creativity and hospitality.... Secondly I ordered chicken lollipop which was again taste burn.. Finally they had a offer of 25% of discount on liquor bill which the waiter clear denied at the time of billing. So... Overall the place was good. But experience was not good.
