Disappointing Experience I'm writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the service I received at Casa Pichola, The staff's behavior was unacceptable, and I was shocked by their rudeness. Despite being a paying customer, I was treated poorly and felt disrespected. The service was slow, and the staff seemed unmotivated. When I politely asked for assistance, I was met with attitude and a dismissive tone. It's disappointing to see a hotel fail to train its staff in basic customer service skills. I hope the hotel takes my feedback seriously and takes necessary steps to improve their staff's behavior and service quality. Until then, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. 2 To 1/5 stars Service: 1

Veryy good service from staff ( DEEPAK JI ) and the taste is also very good I like the ambience because there is soo many thing where we can click the picture and we can enjoy the nature also. We don't have to wait for our food Thanks Casa picolla for making my Day good Service: 5
